Would you have pulled the trigger on that trade that crumbled at the deadline? Want to sign the free agent you think is the final piece of that elusive championship puzzle?

Welcome to the Utah Football League. This is where you can prove that you have the 'stuff' to run a full team and drive them to that Championship.

No, this is not like your ordinary fantasy football league, this takes REAL skill. If you are looking for a league in which you pick offensive skill position players and watch their performance on Sunday, hoping that the coaches use them correctly, then this league is NOT for you!

In this league, which is now heading into its ninth season, based on the 2005 NFL season stats, you can draft, manage, and coach real-life NFL players through the regular season, the playoffs and eventually the Super Bowl.

One of the most important aspects of picking a 'fantasy' football league to join is stability. In an era where fantasy leagues rise and plummet like meteors, the UFL is backed by the experience and durability of fifteen years of league experience, and seven years of commissioning. We definitely know what we are doing and have the ability and the knowledge to be around for a long, long time. The UFL is challenging and demands commitment from all the coaches who are involved. If there is one attribute that is demanded by potential UFL coaches, it is commitment.

The UFL is an Action! PC Football computer based league. The league is a twenty-team league with four divisions of five teams each. We offer continuous ownership and realistic play. The are four division winners and four wild-card teams who make the playoffs. Each coach owns 50-60 active NFL players. Our coaches build and revise their teams through the collegiate draft (in April - eight rounds), free agency and a lot of trading. Each spring, every NFL team is "carded" by Action! PC from the previous season. Previously unowned players will be placed in the free agent market. Over 1,500 NFL players are available for play in the UFL. Of these players, only 1,200 can actually suit up in the league.
